Job Description:

We are looking for a strong middle/senior Power BI Developer with strong expertise in Power BI and related technologies to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports;
• Implement data models, DAX calculations, and RLS for secure data access;
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective BI solutions;
• Optimize data processes and troubleshoot issues to ensure high performance;
• Work with Microsoft Fabric and integrate solutions with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and SharePoint Online when required.

Core Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience with Power BI;
• Ability to create interactive reports and dashboards;
• Knowledge of DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling, and Row-Level Security (RLS);
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric;
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) – optional, considered a plus;
• Experience with SharePoint Online and SharePoint Lists – optional, considered a plus.

Analytical Skills:

• Ability to analyze business requirements and transform them into effective BI solutions;
• Skills in process optimization and problem-solving.

Communication Skills:

• Ability to work collaboratively with analysts and developers;
• Strong presentation skills to clearly communicate results.

Education:

• Preferred: Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.

Other Requirements:

• Results-oriented with strong attention to detail;
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment;
• English proficiency: B2 level.
