About your role: As a Middle Partner Success Manager (Spanish), you will work directly with international partners and creators, helping them grow, succeed, and unlock new opportunities on the platform. Here your ideas matter, you’ll collaborate with a passionate team tackling complex challenges, from scaling creator ecosystems to leveraging data and AI-driven insights, while playing a key role in shaping the future of a product used by millions worldwide
In this role, you will
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with Spanish-speaking partners
- Manage and support a portfolio of 30–40 partners simultaneously
- Work with warm leads and onboard new partners in collaboration with the inbound team
- Support partner growth and development to increase overall project revenue
- Analyze partner performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and results
- Provide partners with recommendations and best practices to help them scale on the platform
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a high-quality partner experience and a safe ecosystem for users
It’s all about you
- 2 years of experience in a client-facing role (Account Manager, Business Development, Customer Success, Sales, or Affiliate Manager)
- Spanish at B1+ level and English at B1+ level
- Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Tableau or Amplitude, strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills when working with partners or clients
- Results-driven, client-focused approach
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to work independently and structure information effectively
- Experience working with CRM tools
