AI-Focused Backend Engineer (Strong Middle / Senior) Offline

You will join the IT Solutions Department, a core unit responsible for delivering technology solutions, developing and maintaining internal and customer-facing applications, and driving digital transformation across multiple business areas. 

The team focuses on building scalable software solutions, integrating modern cloud technologies, and actively exploring AI-driven development approaches to improve engineering efficiency and product capabilities. 

We are looking for an engineer who is passionate about Artificial Intelligence, already has hands-on experience with modern AI-assisted development tools, and is motivated to further develop this expertise while working on complex distributed systems. 

Responsibilities 

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using TypeScript and JavaScript 
• Build scalable APIs and microservices using NestJS 
• Work with distributed systems and ensure high reliability and performance 
• Integrate cloud services and deploy applications in AWS or Azure 
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support efficient delivery 
• Actively leverage AI development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) to improve productivity and code quality 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions 
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical improvements across the platform 
• Stay up to date with emerging AI tools and engineering practices 

Requirements 

• Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript and JavaScript 
• Solid experience with NestJS or similar Node.js frameworks 
• Experience designing and working with distributed systems 
• Practical experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) 
• Experience implementing or working with CI/CD pipelines 
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor or Claude Code 
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in complex technical environments 
• Passion for AI technologies and desire to deepen expertise in this field 
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English
