We are expanding our presence in the LATAM market and are looking for a strong Team Lead of Sales to build, manage, and scale our sales team in Lima. Progressivo is an online marketing education company that helps students across LATAM develop in-demand marketing skills and grow their careers.
Responsibilities:
β’ Managing, motivating, and developing the sales team
β’ Setting clear KPIs and ensuring the team achieves monthly revenue targets
β’ Monitoring performance metrics and improving conversion rates
β’ Conducting regular 1:1 meetings and team meetings
β’ Leading the hiring process: conducting interviews and selecting new sales managers
β’ Training and onboarding new team members
β’ Improving sales scripts, processes, and overall team efficiency
β’ Collaborating with the marketing team to optimize lead quality
Requirements:
β’ Proven experience as a Sales Team Lead or Senior Sales Manager
β’ Strong leadership and people management skills
β’ Experience in conducting interviews and building sales teams
β’ Spanish β fluent
β’ Result-oriented mindset and strong analytical skills
