🚀 Sales Manager / Progressivo

📍 Location: Lima, Peru (office-based)
 

Progressivo is an online marketing education company focused on the LATAM market. We provide practical marketing courses and help our students grow their careers and businesses. We are currently looking for a Sales Manager to join our team in Lima.
 

Responsibilities:
• Communicating with incoming leads and closing sales
• Actively searching for and attracting new clients
• Working with CRM and consistently following up with prospects
• Conducting consultations and identifying clients’ needs
• Achieving monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Providing feedback to improve sales scripts and processes
 

Requirements:
• Previous experience in sales is a plus, but we are also open to motivated candidates without experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Spanish — fluent
• Result-oriented mindset and ability to work with targets
