Project Manager (Pre-sales and Delivery Focus) to $3000

We are looking for an ambitious and proactive Project Manager to join our outsourcing team. This is a dynamic role where you will bridge the gap between initial client requests and successful project execution. You will work closely with our Pre-sales Engineer to shape solutions and later lead the development teams to bring those visions to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-sales & Proposal Management:

• Orchestrate the Pre-sales process: Coordinate the preparation of comprehensive project proposals in partnership with a Pre-sales Engineer.
• Facilitate Brainstorming: Bring together experts from different business units to brainstorm solutions, define project scopes, and ensure technical alignment.
• Estimation & Scoping: Lead the estimation process, ensuring all stakeholders (Dev, QA, Design) provide accurate input for the final offer.

• Client Engagement: Participate in discovery calls and sales meetings, presenting the project roadmap and estimation to potential clients.

   

Project Delivery & Execution:

• End-to-End Management: Take ownership of one or several projects after the contract is signed.
• Project Board Management: Set up and maintain Jira/Confluence environments for transparent workflow.
• Documentation: Create and maintain project documentation, including timelines, user stories, and detailed tasks for a team members.
• Team Coordination: Lead daily stand-ups and sync meetings with development and QA teams to ensure smooth progress.
• Reporting: Provide regular project updates to the customer and the Delivery PM, ensuring transparency on results and potential risks.

Requirements:

• 1.5+ years of proven Project Management experience in an IT outsourcing environment.
• Intermediate+ level of English (strong verbal and written communication skills are a must for client interaction).
• Understanding of how to structure a proposal from scratch and manage the "chaos" of the initial project phase.
• Strong theoretical knowledge of web application development methodologies and the SDLC.
• Deep understanding of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall frameworks.
• Expert-level user of Jira and Confluence; experience with planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Gantt charts).
• Energetic, self-motivated, and highly organized with a strong "get things done" attitude.

Would be a plus:

• Experience working as a Scrum Master.
• Successfully completed IT PM/SM certifications (a significant advantage).
• Experience in managing multi-unit teams during the estimation phase.
