Project Manager and Asana Implementation Consultant

We are looking for a unique hybrid: a Project Manager who lives for organization, and an Implementation Consultant who loves teaching others how to work better.

In this role, you will be the “architect” of our clients’ success, designing their workflows in Asana and ensuring our internal and customer-oriented projects run like clockwork.

Requirements:

• The Expert: 3+ years in Project Management, Operations, or Business Consulting.
• The Architect: You can look at a messy spreadsheet and see a streamlined process.
• The Communicator: You enjoy speaking to clients, leading workshops, and simplifying complex ideas. English B2+ is a must.
• The Power User: Deep experience with Asana (preferred) or similar platforms (Monday, Jira, ClickUp, Smartsheet).
• The “A-Player”: You take extreme ownership, you are proactive, and you don’t need a manager to tell you what to do next.

Responsibilities:

• Asana Implementation: Lead the full cycle of client onboarding – from discovery workshops and workflow design to technical setup and team training.
• Strategic Consulting: Audit existing business processes and provide expert recommendations on how to optimize them using Asana.
• Project Management: Act as the primary point of contact for delivery projects, ensuring timelines, resources, and client expectations are perfectly aligned.
• Presale Support: Join forces with the sales team to demonstrate how Asana can solve specific business challenges for prospective clients.
• Accountability: Maintain project documentation, track progress in (you guessed it!) Asana, and ensure high-quality delivery.
