Marketing Specialist

We are looking for someone who knows how to turn expertise into influence. If you understand how LinkedIn works, enjoy writing strong B2B content, and want to build visible personal brands in the IT space — this role is for you.

What you’ll do

• Create and manage LinkedIn content for company leadership and the company page
• Write engaging posts, articles, and content series based on ideas from the C-level team
• Develop and maintain a structured LinkedIn content calendar
• Manage engagement under posts by replying to comments, maintaining conversations, and encouraging discussions
• Build and grow professional connections with founders, CTOs, product leaders, and startup teams
• Monitor trends in software development, ATurn internal expertise and insights into valuable, non-generic content
• Turn internal expertise and insights into valuable, non-generic content
• Track performance including post reach, profile growth, and interaction quality, and continuously improve the strategy based on analytics and feedback
   

You’ll be a good fit if you have

• Experience in LinkedIn marketing, personal branding, or B2B content marketing
• Strong English copywriting skills
• Ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, engaging content
• Understanding of LinkedIn organic growth mechanics
• Experience managing executive or founder profiles
• Confident written English (B2+)
• High level of independence and ownership
• Creative thinking combined with a commercial mindset

Will be a plus

• Experience working with IT companies, SaaS, or startups
• Experience creating LinkedIn carousels or visual content
• Understanding of B2B sales and positioning

• Experience growing personal brands or company pages on LinkedIn
