Sales Manager (Junior) / Affiliate Offline

A fast-growing affiliate marketing network specializing in connecting advertisers with targeted audiences to generate high-quality leads across global markets.

We are looking for a motivated Sales Manager to support affiliate and client relationships while developing core sales skills. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone eager to build a career in affiliate marketing and international sales.

Responsibilities

• Assist in building and maintaining relationships with affiliates and partners;
• Support senior team members in recruiting and onboarding new affiliates;
• Monitor daily traffic and performance metrics;
• Help prepare performance feedback and reports;
• Assist in managing CAPs and lead statuses to improve ROI;
• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team;
• Respond to affiliate and client inquiries promptly.

Requirements

• Experience in sales, customer service, or marketing (mandatory);
• Fluent English (written and spoken);
• Strong communication and organizational skills;
• Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn;
• Interest in digital marketing and affiliate sales;
• Academic background in marketing or business is a plus.
