Business Development Manager/Sales Manager

OnlyMonster is a fast-growing SaaS platform that helps organizations and creators on platforms like OnlyFans and Fansly manage teams, analytics, and operations more efficiently.
In less than two years we’ve grown to 15,000+ accounts and 1,700+ paying businesses worldwide, and the market we’re in is moving fast.
Now we’re looking for a Business Development Manager who wants to grow with us.
Someone who enjoys closing deals, building relationships and playing on a global market.
What you’ll actually be doing
• Talking to founders and decision-makers from around the world
• Running product demos and strategy calls
• Helping businesses understand how they can scale using our platform
• Working with both inbound leads and outbound opportunities
• Exploring new acquisition channels and partnerships
• Representing the company at international conferences and industry events
• Owning deals from first conversation to closing
We expect initiative, curiosity and the ability to move deals forward.
We’ll probably get along if you
• Have at least 1 year of experience in B2B sales or business development
• Are comfortable speaking with founders and decision makers
• Know how to run a demo and move a conversation toward a deal
• Are organized enough to keep your pipeline under control
• Speak English at C1 level or higher

• SaaS products
• Digital agencies or creator economy businesses
