What Youβll Do
Identify and attract new partners: outstaff/outsource IT companies, digital and mobile agencies, product companies in EU/UK/US
Run the full BD cycle: LinkedIn/email outreach, lead qualification, discovery calls, proposals (rate card, cooperation format), follow-ups, and deal structuring
Build and maintain long-term partner relationships: regular check-ins, upsell/cross-sell opportunities, identifying new collaboration formats
Hand off mature deals to the founder/PM for final scoping and project kick-off
Keep the pipeline organized in Zoho CRM: contacts, deal stages, next steps, and outcome tracking
Represent NextEra Solutions professionally in written and verbal communication with international clients
Typical Targets & Scope
Outstaff placements: mobile developers (iOS, Android, Flutter) to partner companies
Outsource projects: custom mobile app development deals
White-label partnerships: reselling our loyalty/ordering platform to agencies or brands
Referral and agency partnerships for ongoing lead flow
What Weβre Looking For
2+ years in BD/Sales at an IT outsource or outstaff company β required
Proven experience working with EU/UK/US markets: understanding of culture, deal expectations, and pricing
English Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher β confident in written communication, calls, and negotiations
Proficient with outreach and CRM tools: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Zoho CRM (or strong alternatives)
Basic understanding of mobile development: what Flutter, React Native, and native iOS/Android mean in commercial context
Self-driven and result-oriented: you can build your own process, set weekly goals, and report on outcomes
Nice to Have
Experience selling white-label products or SaaS to agencies/brands
Background in Fintech, or e-commerce verticals
Experience working directly with international stakeholders and decision-makers
Familiarity with partnership and referral program structures
