Sales Development Representative
Lynksen is looking for an SDR & Partnerships Manager to help grow our outbound pipeline and develop relationships with potential partners and clients worldwide.
This role focuses on outreach, lead qualification, and partnership development.

Responsibilities:
✦ Own and manage the outbound pipeline for client acquisition and partnership development
✦ Identify and research potential clients and partners based on the company’s ICP
✦ Build and maintain a qualified pipeline using LinkedIn, Apollo, Crunchbase, and other lead databases
✦ Launch and manage LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns
✦ Identify decision-makers, initiate conversations, and qualify leads
✦ Convert outreach into intro calls with the sales team and conduct discovery calls with potential partners
✦ Develop and nurture relationships with partners, exploring referrals, collaborations, and co-marketing initiatives
✦ Maintain structured follow-ups, keep records in HubSpot CRM, and provide regular pipeline updates
Requirements:
✦ 2+ years of experience in Sales Development or Partnerships in B2B services
✦ Proven experience with outbound prospecting via LinkedIn and email
✦ Experience working with lead databases (Apollo, Crunchbase, or similar tools)
✦ Strong research skills and ability to identify decision-makers and key stakeholders
✦ Experience qualifying leads and converting outreach into intro calls
✦ Experience conducting discovery or intro calls with partners or clients will be a plus
✦ Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot or similar)
✦ Strong written and spoken English (B2+)
✦ Proactive, self-driven mindset and ability to quickly take ownership of pipeline development
