Application Support Engineer (L2/L3, SQL, API)
Adaptiq is looking for an Application Support Engineer (L2/L3) to join the team working on Bringg, an enterprise-grade last-mile delivery platform used by global retailers and logistics companies.
The platform processes hundreds of millions of delivery transactions annually, so reliability and fast incident resolution are critical.
You will work closely with Customer Success, Solutions teams and R&D to investigate production incidents, troubleshoot technical issues and ensure stable platform operation for large international customers.

What you'll do
- Provide L2/L3 application support for enterprise customers
- Investigate issues using SQL queries, logs and API monitoring tools
- Diagnose production issues across web and mobile platforms
- Escalate complex bugs to R&D with clear technical analysis
- Validate fixes and support releases related to customer issues
- Monitor production metrics and identify recurring problems
- Maintain documentation and improve support processes
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in L2/L3 Application Support
- Strong SQL skills for troubleshooting
- Experience with REST APIs and integrations
- Experience supporting production web or mobile applications
Strong English communication skills
Nice to have
Postman, Salesforce or similar tools
Technical degree in Computer Science or related field
