Hard skills

• English -Upper Intermediate/Advanced is a must, esp. business communication (business emails)
• MS Office (esp. Excel), Google Sheets, PP presentaion - confident user
• Business communication - strong skill
• Basic understanding of corporate structure & processes will be a plus

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate resource allocations and time reports;
• Prepare and validate invoices and billing statements;
• Joining procedure (program level), conduct meetings with teams;
• Create drafts of project budget forecasts;
• Validate profitability reports;
• Coordinate shipment process;
• Create and maintain program-level documentation (process requirements, internal instructions etc.);
• Drive maintenance of internal management systems (dashboards, etc.) ensuring they are up-to-date;
• Provide support for visits organization (customers representatives visiting  company premises or vice versa) - optional;
• Provide support in organization of program-specific trainings and events - optional;
• Work with company’s internal departments (HR, recruiting, ES, travel, etc.) and with customers representatives on program management requests.

Vacancy of Program Coordinator would be perfect for a person who is intelligent, confident, likes order but is ready for challenging tasks; can be creative about routine tasks but not easily bored; is a strong team player but can work independently; high level of self-discipline is crucial for this position.

Previous experience of working in IT industry would be a plus but not mandatory.
