Content Manager / Marketing Copywrite

Key Goal

Help us increase the flow of inbound leads through strategic content marketing, experimentation with channels, and building scalable marketing funnels.

This is a part-time position with the opportunity to move to full-time after a trial period.

You’re a great fit if you:

• Write strong, clear content (posts, articles, case studies, presentations).
• Think systemically and research before creating content.
• Are curious about people and markets — you ask questions and look for insights.
• Improve ideas instead of just executing tasks.
• Think in metrics — leads, conversions, ROI.
• Finish what you start and take ownership of projects.
• Have English level B2+ and experience creating content in English.
• Have experience in IT outsourcing / SaaS / startups (a strong plus).
• Have a sense of humor — we create stories people want to share.
 

What You’ll Do

• Create and manage marketing content (case studies, website content, social media posts, presentations).
• Help build lead generation funnels together with the CEO and sales team.
• Research markets and identify new promotion opportunities.
• Propose and test new marketing channels and formats.
• Launch growth experiments (LinkedIn, email, SEO, PR, content marketing).
• Analyze campaign results and identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate contractors such as designers, developers, and SEO specialists.
