Senior Product Designer

On behalf of our Client from France, Mobilunity is looking for a Senior Product Designer.

Our client is a table management software and CRM that enables restaurant owners to welcome their customers easily. The app is useful to manage booking requests and register new bookings. You can view all your bookings, day after day, wherever you are and optimize your restaurant’s occupation rate. Our client offers a commission-free booking solution that guarantees freedom above all. New technologies thus become the restaurateurs best allies for saving time and gaining customers while ensuring a direct relationship with them.

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end design outcomes for a key product domain, from user needs discovery to final product delivery.
• Translate user insights and product friction points into clear design solutions that drive business impact.
• Conduct product discovery through user interviews, research, and collaboration with customer-facing teams.
• Validate product ideas early through usability testing and rapid prototyping.
• Create user flows, high-fidelity designs, and detailed design specifications.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to deliver intuitive, scalable solutions.
• Balance usability, technical feasibility, and business impact when making design decisions.
• Ensure high quality of the final user experience through continuous iteration with engineering teams.
• Contribute to and improve the company’s design system to maintain consistency and scalability.
• Promote strong design thinking and user-centric decision making across product teams.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI, or a similar role.
• Strong experience designing products in B2B SaaS environments.
• Experience working across the full product development lifecycle — from discovery and research to final implementation.
• Ability to conduct customer interviews and user research in English.
• Strong prototyping skills (Figma or similar tools) and ability to quickly validate ideas.
• Experience collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work across multiple product squads simultaneously.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, and prototyping.
• Strong product thinking and ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• English – Upper Intermediate and higher.
