Senior UX Designer

In a partnership with a global consulting company, we are searching for a UX/UI Designer. As Senior UX Designer you will closely work with Product Owners to define and develop deep insights, service concepts, blueprints, and feature hypothesis to improve customer digital journey, decrease attrition, define strategic business directions, and increase conversion.

Requirements:

Minimum experience of 5 years as a UX Designer. Extensive knowledge and experience working with stakeholders. Expert level in producing Design Systems and low fidelity to high fidelity prototypes using Figma.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate and carry out work sessions with members of the design team, technology, analytics, stakeholders and third parties. Identify usability problems and propose solutions that add value and help optimise conversions. Conduct, analyse and synthesise research findings (qualitative/quantitative) into actionable insights and recommendations. Communicate and present concepts through storytelling skills, including board presentations.
