Director of Product Management – Financial Modules

What You’ll Do

As the head of accounting, billing, and time & expense (T&E) product areas, your role will balance strategy, execution, and team leadership. You will:

• Roadmap planning: Build clear, outcome‑driven roadmaps and business cases.
• Go‑to‑market planning: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership on pricing, packaging, and GTM motions.
• Metrics & performance: Track usage, financial results, and customer satisfaction, and define plans to improve them.
• Customer & partner engagement: Interact directly with clients, explore partnerships, and analyze the competitive landscape.

• Team leadership: Guide product managers and, in some areas, take direct ownership yourself.

   

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years in Product Management or similar leadership roles.
• Background in accounting products or CPA experience.
• Hands‑on expertise with Jira, Confluence, Agile/Scrum.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.

• Ability to influence across cross‑functional teams and work with distributed groups.
