As an AI Product Owner, you will drive the discovery and delivery of AI‑powered solutions across our core business processes. This role focuses on business value realization: optimizing processes, reducing manual work, improving decision‑making using AI.

Main Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes and identify areas where AI can deliver measurable impact (time/cost savings, error reduction, quality improvement).
• Collect and formalize requirements for AI solutions together with business stakeholders and tech teams.
• Design solution architecture and integration patterns.
• Prepare cost/benefit and ROI analysis: development, infrastructure, licenses, LLM tokens, and ongoing maintenance.
• Communicate with stakeholders: present concepts, PoC/MVP results, and regular status updates.
• Coordinate with security and other relevant teams to ensure compliant use of AI solutions.

• Manage AI development efforts: coordinate and prioritise work for AI/ML/LLM engineers, provide clear goals and acceptance criteria, review deliverables and ensure timely, high‑quality delivery of AI features.

   

Key Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as Product Owner / Product Manager / Solution Owner (or similar).
• Hands‑on experience with AI/ML or LLM‑based projects 
• Experience working with cloud platforms and APIs.
• Experience in collecting requirements and translating business needs into tasks for technical teams.
• Ability to explain AI limitations and risks to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating or managing technical teams 

• Written and spoken English at B2 level.
