Project Manager

We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Project Manager to join the team. Responsibilities include managing multiple projects across different domains, ensuring smooth delivery, clear communication, and alignment with business goals.

This role is ideal for a highly organized and proactive professional who is comfortable collaborating with a diverse team of specialists. Bringing structure to the table and ensuring a predictable delivery process, even in dynamic environments, is essential. The position values full ownership of projects, following established processes while remaining open to suggesting meaningful improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Cycle Management: Manage several IT projects in parallel, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are met through careful planning and proactive risk mitigation.
• Client Partnership: Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, leading status meetings, demos, and workshops to manage expectations.
• Team Coordination: Coordinate execution across development, design, and QA teams. This includes leading daily standups, backlog refinement, planning sessions and retrospectives to ensure a frictionless work environment.
• Requirement Ownership: Collaborate with dedicated BAs on large-scale development, while independently handling requirement elicitation and user story refinement for smaller support projects.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain clear project documentation and have a strong grasp of project metrics.
• People & Growth: Support the team through onboarding, regular 1:1s, and capacity planning to ensure collective success.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT (outsourcing, outstaffing).
• Organized & Responsible: A proven ability to manage several projects at once while maintaining clear roadmaps and stable delivery cycles.
• Problem-Solving & Product Mindset: Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and a knack for product improvement. This includes the ability to write clear, actionable user stories.
• Professional Communication: English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher — essential for working with international clients and navigating complex discussions.
• Accountability: High level of personal responsibility and strong soft skills. Readiness to take ownership, work with professionals, and lead by example.
• Tool Proficiency: Confident use of Jira and Confluence to keep updates clear, track progress, and solve blockers proactively.
