Business Analyst

🌟 Project Overview

You will work with a client operating under a factory-type delivery approach, ensuring structured, scalable, and efficient delivery of AI and data initiatives.
 

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to structure and prioritize requirements
• Capture, clarify, and formalize business needs into detailed requirements and user stories
• Maintain end-to-end traceability from objectives to delivery
• Ensure scope control and structured change management
• Support validation cycles (demos, UAT, feedback sessions)
• Align delivery with expected business outcomes
   

🧩 Required Experience & Skills

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner
• Experience in data / AI-related projects
• Experience working in structured delivery environments (factory / scaled model is a plus)
• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
• Ability to manage complexity and multiple streams
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation practices
• English B2+ (mandatory)
