THE ROLE

We're looking for a results-driven, hands-on Lead Generation & Marketing Specialist to build and own our outbound sales pipeline. You will be the engine behind our new business acquisition โ€” identifying ideal prospects, crafting compelling outreach, nurturing relationships, and setting up high-quality meetings for the sales team.

 

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role. You will work directly with the leadership team and have real autonomy to test ideas, build sequences, and drive measurable growth.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Cold Email Campaigns

  • Design, write, and execute targeted cold email campaigns to SME and mid-market prospects across Manufacturing, Logistics, and Business Services
  • Build and manage email sequences using tools such as Instantly, Lemlist, Apollo, or similar platforms
  • Continuously A/B test subject lines, messaging, and CTAs to improve open and reply rates
  • Maintain and grow a clean, segmented prospect database

 

LinkedIn Outreach

  • Execute personalised LinkedIn outreach campaigns targeting C-suite and Operations/IT decision-makers
  • Manage Akarigo's LinkedIn presence including content scheduling, profile optimisation, and engagement
  • Leverage tools such as Sales Navigator, Expandi, or Dripify for scaled, compliant outreach
  • Build relationships and move prospects through the awareness-to-meeting funnel

 

Calling โ€” Leads & Opportunities

  • Follow up on warm leads and inbound enquiries with timely, professional phone outreach
  • Qualify prospects using a structured discovery framework (budget, timeline, need, authority)
  • Re-engage stalled opportunities and keep the pipeline clean and current in the CRM
  • Book qualified discovery calls and demos for the senior consulting team

 

Reporting & Optimisation

  • Track and report on key outbound KPIs: emails sent, open/reply rates, calls made, meetings booked, pipeline generated
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM (Odoo CRM) and flag any pipeline risks or opportunities
  • Share weekly performance summaries and recommendations with leadership

 

WHAT YOU BRING

Essential

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, outbound sales, or SDR/BDR roles
  • Proven track record generating meetings and pipeline in a B2B technology or services environment
  • Experience running cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns at scale
  • Confident, professional communicator โ€” both written and on the phone
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and outreach automation tools
  • Data-driven mindset: comfortable with metrics, testing, and iterating based on results
  • Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and accountability

 

Desirable

  • Experience selling or marketing ERP, CRM, or SaaS solutions to SMEs
  • Knowledge of Odoo or similar platforms (NetSuite, SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Familiarity with the Manufacturing, Logistics, or Business Services sectors
  • Experience using Odoo CRM, HubSpot, or Salesforce
  • Multilingual capability โ€” particularly Eastern European languages โ€” is a bonus
