Senior Business Analyst

You will join a large-scale AI Program focused on delivering data-driven and AI-powered solutions that create measurable business value.
 

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Lead engagement with business stakeholders to capture, clarify, and prioritize AI use cases
• Translate business needs into structured requirements and user stories for AI and engineering teams
• Ensure traceability from business objectives to delivered AI solutions
• Manage scope alignment and change requests
• Validate AI solutions through demos, UAT, and structured feedback cycles
• Ensure realization of business value
   

🧩 Required Experience & Skills

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner
• Proven experience in data / AI initiatives
• Experience working with AI, data, and engineering teams in Agile environments
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
• Experience managing scope, change, and expectations
• Strong analytical thinking and structured communication
• Business-value focused, detail-oriented
• English B2+ (mandatory)
