Streamline is a fast-growing U.S.-based telecom infrastructure group operating as a prime contractor for major MSOs and ISPs. We deliver end-to-end services β from network construction and deployment to subscriber installations and maintenance β across 16+ states with 400+ field technicians. Our model eliminates the need for multiple vendors by combining OSP construction and fulfillment under a single contract, positioning us as a predictable, full-scope partner for the largest operators in the country.
Role Overview
Weβre looking for a Brand Communications Manager to build and execute thought leadership and brand communications for Streamline. This is not an SMM role. The core of the job is working directly with company leadership β CEO, VPs, and operational directors β to extract their expertise, insights, and perspectives, and translate them into compelling content that positions Streamline as a market leader in the minds of decision-makers at major telecom operators. You will also build a proof engine that showcases our daily operations, project wins, and field capabilities to reinforce our brand promise with evidence.
Key Responsibilities
Thought Leadership & Executive Communications
- Develop and manage thought leadership programs for 3β4 key executives (CEO, VPs, operational leaders)
- Conduct weekly interviews and briefings with leadership to capture insights, opinions, and expertise
- Ghostwrite LinkedIn posts, articles, and commentary in each leaderβs authentic voice
- Build and maintain a content calendar aligned with industry events, market trends, and company milestones
- Grow executive LinkedIn followings and engagement within the target audience of telecom decision-makers
Proof Engine & Brand Content
- Create and publish case studies, project highlights, and operational proof points that demonstrate company capabilities
- Work with field operations teams remotely to source stories, photos, and video from active job sites
- Develop a systematic content pipeline that turns daily fieldwork into brand-building assets
- Launch and manage a brand ambassador program among field technicians to amplify authentic, ground-level content
Media Relations & Channel Management
- Pitch and place company news, case studies, and executive commentary in telecom industry media and trade publications
- Manage company LinkedIn page as the primary brand channel; develop website content strategy
- Plan and execute phased expansion to Facebook, Instagram, and potentially TikTok as the brand matures
- Track and report on content performance, audience growth, and engagement metrics
Qualifications Required
- 3β5 years of experience in B2B content strategy, brand communications, or executive communications
- Proven ability to ghostwrite for executives β portfolio of published thought leadership content required
- Strong interviewing skills: ability to extract compelling narratives from subject matter experts
- Native or near-native English writing skills for a U.S. business audience
- Deep understanding of LinkedIn as a B2B platform (algorithm, formats, engagement strategies)
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, aligned with U.S. time zones
Preferred
- Experience in telecom, infrastructure, construction, utilities, or related B2B industries
- Experience pitching and placing content in trade/industry media
- Familiarity with brand ambassador or employee advocacy programs
- Experience managing multi-channel content strategies (LinkedIn, website, social media)
- Basic understanding of content analytics and reporting tools
