Key Account Manager / Operational Manager (Fintech / FX)

We are looking for a Key Account Manager / Operational Manager to join a fast-growing financial services company focused on global payments, FX operations, and cross-border transactions.

Nota Group is a rapidly growing company in financial services and consulting, specializing in global payments, currency exchange (FX), cross-border settlements, and business advisory. We build infrastructure for seamless international transactions and sustainable business growth.

Responsibilities:
• Manage client requests through the full operational cycle — from application intake to deal closure in CRM
• Register and process requests accurately in CRM
• Verify data, documents, calculations, and control execution status
• Calculate transaction routes (payments/exchange), ensure transparency of fund movement
• Coordinate deal parameters with clients
• Check deal profitability together with the team
• Follow AML/KYC/KYB procedures
• Collect and verify documentation, coordinate with legal team
• Prepare and manage contracts, invoices, and documentation in CRM
• Collaborate with accounting, legal, FX/OTC desk, and operations team

Requirements:
• 1–2 years of experience in operations or account management (fintech, banking, processing, or payments preferred)
• Understanding of international payments / FX logic
• Basic knowledge of AML/KYC/KYB
• Confident use of CRM and Google Docs/Sheets
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Russian — native
• English — B1

Nice to have:
• Experience in payments / FX / crypto / fintech
• Experience working with international clients or providers
• Experience handling deal documentation and operational quality control
