Junior Project Manager

We are an outsourcing company developing complex 3D/AR/VR web and mobile solutions for international clients. We work with global brands and startups, creating technologically advanced and unique digital products.

We are looking for a motivated Junior Project Manager whom we are ready to train and grow within the company.

Key Responsibilities

Client Communication Support

• Participate in client meetings.
• Prepare meeting summaries and follow-up messages.
• Conduct online meetings in English.
• Maintain professional written communication in English.

Project Coordination

• Manage tasks in Jira.
• Monitor deadlines and task progress.
• Prepare sprints and maintain backlogs.

Requirements Structuring

• Translate client requests into structured tasks.
• Prepare user stories with acceptance criteria for the team.
• Maintain project documentation.

Internal Process Support

• Participate in daily meetings and sprint reviews.
• Prepare status updates for clients.
• Update project roadmaps.

Mandatory Requirement

• English level C1 or strong B2+ with high spoken fluency.

Nice to Have

• Understanding of Agile/Scrum.
• Technical background or strong interest in technology.
• Experience communicating with international clients.
• Experience working with Jira or similar tools.
• Analytical mindset.
