Job Description:
We're searching for a Service Delivery Manager ready to take ownership of projects with the support of our experienced team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing client projects, ensuring smooth delivery, and growing your expertise in service delivery within the tech industry.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day project activities and coordinate with cross-functional teams
  • Communicate with clients regularly, managing expectations and gathering requirements
  • Track project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation in Jira
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure it's up to date
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines
  • Prepare status reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders
  • Support product lifecycle management from initiation to delivery

     

What we're looking for:

  • 6+ months of hands-on experience in project coordination, project management, or similar role
  • Understanding of how projects work and basic project management principles
  • Practical knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Experience working with Jira (or willingness to learn quickly)
  • Understanding of product lifecycle (from concept to delivery and maintenance)
  • Confident communication skills - you're comfortable talking to clients and presenting updates
  • Not afraid to work with documentation and keeping things organized
  • Ability to work independently while knowing when to ask for support
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
  • Strong English skills (speaking, writing, reading)
