Trainee Integration Engineer to $500

ABCloudz is a dynamic technology company specializing in software development, system modernization, and digital transformation, with a strong focus on integration solutions and data-driven architectures.
We are looking for a Trainee Software Engineer who is motivated to start a career in IT and grow within enterprise integration and backend development.
This role is ideal for candidates with a basic understanding of IT concepts who are eager to learn how modern systems communicate through APIs, data flows, and integration pipelines.
As part of our onboarding process, you will complete a structured internal training program, work closely with mentors, and gain hands-on experience with real integration scenarios, which will prepare you for further involvement in commercial projects.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of IT concepts (data, APIs, databases, integrations).
• Basic knowledge of SQL (procedural PL/SQL, plpgql is a plus).
• Basic understanding of integration pipelines and data flows.
• Basic experience with JavaScript.
• Understanding of REST APIs and common data formats (JSON, CSV).
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation in English.
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn, ask questions, and follow established guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Complete a structured internal training program as part of onboarding.
• Actively participate in mentoring sessions, reviews, and knowledge-sharing activities.
• Support system-to-system integrations between enterprise applications.
• Work with API-based and file-based integrations (CSV, JSON).
• Perform basic data mapping, transformations, and validations.
• Assist in troubleshooting integration issues and documenting solutions.
  
  Internship Program Details
  The training program lasts 5 weeks and is free of charge for students on both sides. You will receive tasks for each training week and complete them at your convenience. At the end of each week, you will have a 30-minute meeting with a mentor. Therefore, the time required to complete the tasks may vary individually.
• The program includes working on real tasks and gradual involvement in the company’s internal processes.
• Upon successful completion of the training, we offer further cooperation with the company on our own product.
• At the beginning of cooperation (after successful completion of the training), we offer $400 gross. After completing the probation period, the compensation increases to $500 gross
