Product owner (Banking) to $5400

CrunchCode — міжнародна сервісна ІТ-компанія з досвідом близько 7 років у розробці вебсервісів і вебзастосунків. Ми працюємо у форматах staff augmentation (outstaff) та outsourcing і підключаємо спеціалістів до проєктів клієнтів у довгостроковій моделі співпраці.
 

Ми працюємо переважно з проєктами в доменах логістики (включно з last mile), e-commerce, fintech та банкінгу, а також enterprise-рішеннями. Для нас важливо, щоб проєкт був “чистим” і зрозумілим з точки зору етики та цінності для користувачів.
 

Ми принципово не беремо проєкти, пов’язані з: 

● gambling / гемблінгом, 

● adult-контентом та порнографією, 

● шахрайством або будь-якою розробкою, що спрямована на обман чи маніпуляції.

Project Overview: Banking domain (Europe). The project is focused on building and managing a cross-organizational platform for document lifecycle, security, and compliance.
 

Requirements (Must-have):

• Level: Strong, confident, mature consultant (Senior/Lead).
• Outcome ownership & roadmap: Proven experience in defining product vision, roadmap, and value articulation.
• Backlog mastery: Expertise in user story writing, defining acceptance criteria, prioritization, sprint planning, and managing stakeholder-driven tradeoffs.
• Domain expertise (Document lifecycle & compliance): Deep understanding of classification, retention, legal hold, and auditability.
• Policy translation: Strong ability to convert complex compliance policies into clear product requirements.
• Platform familiarity: Hands-on familiarity with Office 365/SharePoint and AWS S3 to make informed technical and product decisions.
• Security fundamentals: Solid understanding of IAM, encryption/key management, and access governance in cloud environments.
• Governance: Experience in requirements management through strict governance frameworks and risk/compliance alignment.
   

Nice to have:

• Search layer experience (e.g., OpenSearch index, relevance, performance).
• Digital signing workflow exposure (eIDAS-aligned processes).
• Analytics/telemetry over document repositories (usage, search telemetry).
• Experience implementing AI for self-service environments within the Document Management area.
