REQUIREMENTS
- 4+ years of Project Management experience in software deployment
- Hands-on experience implementing ready-made enterprise products (CRM, ERP, and similar systems) for clients
- Background in managing fixed-price projects
- Ability to lead technical teams and act as a bridge between developers, hardware teams, and business stakeholders
- Solid expertise in project management practices: planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, issue resolution, change requests, and release management
- Strong prioritization and workload management skills
- Critical thinking and structured problem-solving approach
- High level of stress resilience and service-oriented mindset
Upper-Intermediate English for daily communication with clients
Nice-to-have skills
Understanding of the FMCG industry
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinating team activities
- Managing and maintaining project documentation, plans, and reports
- Utilizing project management tools to monitor working time, budget, and schedules
- Providing essential updates on project status and tasks to all stakeholders (teams and clients)
- Defining project goals, tasks, timelines, and expected outcomes
- Identifying and resolving project-related issues
- Overseeing all project stages to ensure smooth execution
- Organizing project team meetings
- Monitoring the project’s financial performance and preparing relevant reports
- Optimizing team workflows to maximize efficiency and results
- Implementing innovative ideas and aligning them with business needs
- Making quick and effective decisions in unforeseen circumstances while minimizing risks
