REQUIREMENTS

• 4+ years of Project Management experience in software deployment
• Hands-on experience implementing ready-made enterprise products (CRM, ERP, and similar systems) for clients
• Background in managing fixed-price projects
• Ability to lead technical teams and act as a bridge between developers, hardware teams, and business stakeholders
• Solid expertise in project management practices: planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, issue resolution, change requests, and release management
• Strong prioritization and workload management skills
• Critical thinking and structured problem-solving approach
• High level of stress resilience and service-oriented mindset

• Upper-Intermediate English for daily communication with clients

• Understanding of the FMCG industry

  RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Coordinating team activities
• Managing and maintaining project documentation, plans, and reports
• Utilizing project management tools to monitor working time, budget, and schedules
• Providing essential updates on project status and tasks to all stakeholders (teams and clients)
• Defining project goals, tasks, timelines, and expected outcomes
• Identifying and resolving project-related issues
• Overseeing all project stages to ensure smooth execution
• Organizing project team meetings
• Monitoring the project’s financial performance and preparing relevant reports
• Optimizing team workflows to maximize efficiency and results
• Implementing innovative ideas and aligning them with business needs
• Making quick and effective decisions in unforeseen circumstances while minimizing risks
