AI Marketing Operations Engineer / Content Pipeline Architect

We need someone who operates at the intersection of content strategy + AI agent engineering + marketing automation.

You design, build, and optimize agentic AI systems that handle the entire content lifecycle: from research through creation, optimization, formatting, and publishing - while maintaining human-quality output and authentic brand voice. 

Your role includes, but is not limited to:

• Designs and builds the AI content pipeline: agents, workflows, automation
• Operates and optimizes the pipeline: keeps agents producing quality output
• Provides content marketing strategy: what to post, when, where, in what format
• Creates content from inputs: transforms voice notes into multi-format content
• Tracks performance and adjusts:  data-driven optimization
• Manages tools and platforms: scheduling, SEO, analytics, visual creation

In this position, you will design and deploy an agent-based content system. Here is an example of the expected pipeline architecture:

You won’t just use these tools individually; you will connect them into an automated pipeline where content flows from input to published output with minimal manual intervention.

AI Models

• LLMs: Claude, GPT, Gemini 
• Image generation: Gemini Imagen, Flux, etc.
• Video: Synthesia, HeyGen, Veo3 or native video tools 

Agentic Platforms

• Agent-building: LangChain, LangGraph, n8n, Make.com, or custom setups
• Content pipeline platforms: Jasper, StoryChief, Averi, or custom-built systems

Content & Marketing Tools

• SEO: Surfer SEO, Clearscope, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Ubersuggest
• Scheduling: Buffer, Hootsuite, or LinkedIn native
• Design automation: Canva API, Postbae, or template-based systems
• Analytics: Google Analytics 4, Search Console, LinkedIn analytics, Shield
• Newsletter: Mailchimp, ConvertKit, or Brevo
