Customer Support Agent

Location: Europe / USA (remote)

Your responsibilities:

  • Handle player requests via chat, email, and WhatsApp
  • Support users with deposits, withdrawals, verification (KYC), and bonus-related questions
  • Escalate complex cases to Risk, VIP, or Payments teams when required
  • Maintain SLA standards and ensure high CSAT/NPS performance
  • Work in a shift-based 24/7 schedule
  • Manage tickets using Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk

 

What we’re looking for:

  • 6–12 months of Customer Support experience (less is acceptable with strong language skills)
  • Spanish — B1
  • English — B2
  • Customer-first mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Basic understanding of online gaming/casino terminology (training will be provided)
  • Experience with helpdesk tools
