Senior Technical Product Owner

We’re looking for a strong, hands-on Technical Product Owner to lead a cross-organizational document management platform in a regulated banking environment. This is not a coordination role — we need a mature consultant-type PO who can combine strategic product thinking with deep technical understanding (AWS, SharePoint).

Key Responsibilities:
Own and drive the product vision, roadmap, and delivery of a cross-organizational document management platform in a regulated banking environment. Translate complex legal and compliance requirements (retention, classification, auditability, legal hold) into clear, actionable user stories and ensure alignment with governance frameworks.

Collaborate closely with engineering and architects, making informed technical decisions around AWS (S3, IAM, encryption), SharePoint/M365, APIs, and security fundamentals. Lead backlog prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and Agile delivery while ensuring the platform remains secure, compliant, and scalable.

Required Experience:

• Proven experience as a Senior / Technical Product Owner in enterprise or regulated environments (banking, fintech, insurance).
• Strong technical understanding of:
  • SharePoint / Office 365
  • AWS (S3, IAM, encryption, access control)
  • APIs and backend integrations
• Practical experience with document lifecycle management, retention policies, and compliance-driven platforms.
• Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.
• Confident stakeholder management and consultant mindset.
