B2B Lead Generation Specialist (LinkedIn / Upwork) โ Base + Bonus per Call
About Us:
We are a growing B2B tech agency. We already have a high-level Lead Gen Strategist building our outreach "Playbook." Now, we need a smart, autonomous, and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to execute it.
The Role:
You will be the "hands" on the keyboard. We will provide the strategy, the target audience, and the messaging frameworks. Your job is to research the right prospects, personalize the outreach, send the messages on LinkedIn and Upwork, and manage the inbox to book meetings.
Your Responsibilities:
- Prospecting: Find decision-makers (CEOs, CTOs, Founders) that fit our exact Ideal Customer Profile.
- Personalization: Write highly customized first lines/icebreakers based on their profile or company news. (No lazy copy-pasting)
- Execution: Send proposals on Upwork and manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
- Inbox Management: Reply to interested prospects promptly and get them to book a call.
- Tracking: Log your daily numbers (messages sent, replies, calls booked) in our tracker.
Requirements:
- Excellent written English (you must sound like a native professional).
- Highly autonomous. You don't need someone watching your screen to get the work done.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Upwork.
- High attention to detail.
Compensation:
We offer a reliable hourly rate PLUS a performance bonus for every Qualified Call you book. If you are good at this, you will make great money.
