Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Marketing Campaigns Specialist to support the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who is eager to learn, data-driven, creative, and passionate about delivering measurable results.

You will work closely with the marketing, sales, and creative teams to help drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns (email, social media, digital ads, content marketing, and events)
• Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional communication
• Create and schedule campaign assets including emails, landing pages, and social media posts
• Support A/B testing initiatives to optimize campaign performance
• Ensure brand consistency across all campaign materials

Preferred Skills

• Experience with social media management tools
• Basic knowledge of paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva or Adobe tools)
• Understanding of SEO and content marketing principles
