What makes you a great fit

  • 3+ years of professional development experience (we mostly use C#).
  • Understanding of Windows OS Internals (Processes/Threads, Memory Management, File Systems, and Registry).
  • Proven track record in debugging complex systems. You should be comfortable navigating unfamiliar codebases to find the source of a leak or a crash.
  • Problem-Solving: The ability to stay calm under pressure during remote customer sessions and provide a clear path to resolution.
  • An Advantage: Experience with Kernel-mode development (drivers), network protocols, or cybersecurity threat prevention.
  • At least an upper-intermediate level of English. You must be able to explain complex technical issues to both IT managers and fellow developers.

     

Your day-to-day in this position

  • Live Investigation: Lead remote technical sessions with customers to investigate complex software malfunctions, performance bottlenecks, and security gaps in real-time.
  • Advanced Debugging: perform root-cause analysis on Windows-based endpoint systems.
  • Code Resolution: Design and implement code fixes (C#) or features to enhance product stability and meet specific customer requirements.
  • Sustaining Engineering: Own the entire lifecycle of a fix, from reproducing the bug to final deployment at the customer site.
  • Technical Advocacy: influence the core product roadmap based on recurring issues and customer feedback.
