User Acquisition Manager (iGaming / South Korea, Product)

🚀 Position: User Acquisition Manager (iGaming / South Korea, Product)

We are looking for a User Acquisition Manager who can build user acquisition strategies, launch and scale campaigns, and manage budgets and product metrics in the iGaming / Casino / Betting verticals for the South Korean market.

Important: This is a product-side role — you will work closely with the product team, participate in growth planning, optimize the funnel, and directly influence KPIs.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement user acquisition strategies for the KR market
• Plan and launch campaigns across local and alternative channels
• Optimize traffic for ROI, retention, LTV, and other product metrics
• Test unconventional traffic sources and creatives
• Manage budgets of $50K+ per month
• Analyze data and metrics, participate in product hypotheses
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and design teams to grow key metrics

📌 Traffic Sources

• Local sources (required): Naver, KakaoTalk / Kakao Ads ecosystem, Naver Cafe, other KR platforms
• Alternative channels: TikTok, Discord, Telegram (KR communities), In-app networks, DSP, Native networks, Influencer traffic with a performance approach

🧠 Candidate Requirements

• Hands-on experience with traffic in the South Korean market
• Experience in iGaming / Casino / Betting / high-risk verticals
• Hands-on experience managing budgets of $50K+
• Knowledge of funnels, retention, LTV, and product KPIs
• Ability to test and scale unconventional traffic sources
• Experience working in a product team is a plus

💼 Work Conditions

• Full-time, remote
• Working according to Cyprus time zone (timezone flexibility is possible)
• Designer available in-house to support creatives
