Senior FullStack Developer - Tech Lead level to $5000

We are looking for a strong Senior FullStack Developer who can operate at Tech Lead level, not just write code.

This role is about architecture ownership, development process control, and technical leadership in complex e-commerce and SaaS projects.
 

About Us

We build complex B2B solutions:

• 3D configurators
• SaaS platforms
• Magento / Shopware / WooCommerce integrations
• Custom Laravel backends
• React frontends

Projects include non-trivial business logic, integrations, and performance-sensitive systems.
 

Your Responsibilities:

Architecture & Technical Strategy

• Review and audit current architecture
• Identify bottlenecks and technical debt
• Propose improvements and scaling strategy
• Own technical decision-making

Development Process Control

• Code reviews
• Validate architecture decisions
• Control estimations and technical solutions
• Ensure delivery quality

Documentation & Systematization

• Establish documentation standards
• Control documentation quality
• Extract knowledge currently “in heads” and formalize it

Communication

• Technical communication with clients
• Communication with third-party integrations
• Defend technical decisions

Team Leadership

• Delegate tasks to junior/middle developers
• Guide and mentor team members
• Maintain engineering discipline
   

🛠 Tech Stack

• PHP
• Laravel
• React
• Magento
• Shopware
• WooCommerce
• Deep experience with at least 2 e-commerce platforms is highly preferred.
   

✅ Must-Have Experience

• 5+ years of commercial development experience
• Proven experience designing system architecture
• Experience working with high-load or scalable systems
• Experience reviewing and refactoring legacy code
• Strong understanding of API design, security, performance
• Experience leading developers (formal or informal leadership)
