Marketing Manager

We are looking for a highly analytical and results-oriented Marketing Manager to grow brand awareness and drive qualified B2B leads through a clear strategy, performance marketing, and a structured content system.

If you make decisions based on data, understand funnels, have hands-on experience with paid ads, and can coordinate a small in-house team — we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a lead-generation marketing plan aligned with business goals.
• Set and track core KPIs (leads, CPL/CPA, conversion rates), adjust actions based on performance.
• Improve the funnel from awareness to inbound requests (website + social channels).
• Launch and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive B2B traffic and leads.
• Manage budget and monitor efficiency (ROI, CPA/CPL), propose improvements.
• Coordinate an in-house team (SMM Specialist, Video Maker) to deliver content consistently.
• Own the content calendar across key channels (Instagram, Tik-Tok, Facebook, LinkedIn+ supporting channels (Quora, Threads, YouTube shorts, X)) and ensure message consistency.
• Keep workflows organized in Notion (planning, statuses, priorities).
• Review and approve key content before publishing (posts, short videos, case studies, decks).
• Support company reputation growth via reviews (Clutch, G2) and turning feedback into case studies.
• Organising cooperation with UGC creators

Requirements

• 2+ years in Marketing roles  (IT/software/agency experience is required).
• Proven results: you can show impact on lead generation and client acquisition.
• Strong paid ads skills (hands-on setup/optimization).
• Data-first mindset: dashboards, metrics, and conversion logic.
• Experience coordinating content across multiple channels (especially LinkedIn + short-form).
• English — Upper-Intermediate (proofreading business content).
• Strong organization skills; confident with Notion and CMS.
