REQUIREMENTS
- Background in deploying out-of-the-box CRM/ERP or enterprise-grade products in client environments
- 3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst position
- Upper-intermediate or higher level of English
- Strong interviewing and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of software development methodology basics
- Ability to produce clear and structured documentation.
- Experience in documenting business requirements.
- Ability and desire to work in a team
- Time management and prioritization skills
Nice-to-have skills
- Intermediate level of English for occasional communication with clients’ teams and running workshops
- Experience in similar positions in FMCG companies or on the contractor’s side (integrators, consulting companies)
- Knowledge of SFA (Sales Force Automation), DMS (Distribution Management System), BI (Business Intelligence), and TPM (Trade Promo Management) software solutions
- Understanding the structure of retail distribution and marketing activities
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Studying, analyzing, and describing business processes in the relevant area within the framework of ongoing projects
- Creating reports and technical specifications for the development of additional functionality for the software product
- Interacting with the customer, clarifying requirements and project specifics
- Collaborating with the software development team
- Conducting presentations and demonstrations of the product’s functionality for customers
