We are looking for a CRM Manager who will be responsible for building strong communications and optimizing player retention.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage CRM campaigns in Customer.io (triggers, journeys, segmentation). 
  • Set up and manage bonus mechanics and bonus parameters.
  • Monitor and resolve email deliverability issues, maintain domain reputation.
  • Set up communications across channels (pop-ups, email, SMS, push notifications, etc.).
  • HTML/CSS skills for editing email layout drafts. 
  • Segment the user base and maintain CRM database health.
  • Analyze CRM performance and optimize campaigns. 


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a CRM Manager or similar role. 
  • Strong technical mindset and problem-solving skills. 
  • Hands-on experience with Customer.io.
  • Understanding of iGaming bonus mechanics. 
  • Experience with email deliverability and domain reputation.
  • English โ€“ B2.


Youโ€™ll work closely with our Email Marketing Specialist, who handles email execution and creative tasks โ€” giving you space to focus on strategy, optimization, and campaign performance.
