We are looking for a CRM Manager who will be responsible for building strong communications and optimizing player retention.
Responsibilities:
- Manage CRM campaigns in Customer.io (triggers, journeys, segmentation).
- Set up and manage bonus mechanics and bonus parameters.
- Monitor and resolve email deliverability issues, maintain domain reputation.
- Set up communications across channels (pop-ups, email, SMS, push notifications, etc.).
- HTML/CSS skills for editing email layout drafts.
- Segment the user base and maintain CRM database health.
- Analyze CRM performance and optimize campaigns.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a CRM Manager or similar role.
- Strong technical mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with Customer.io.
- Understanding of iGaming bonus mechanics.
- Experience with email deliverability and domain reputation.
- English โ B2.
Youโll work closely with our Email Marketing Specialist, who handles email execution and creative tasks โ giving you space to focus on strategy, optimization, and campaign performance.
