Lead Generator
We are seeking a proactive, results-driven Lead Generator to join LegioSoft’s marketing team. In this role, you will research and enrich lead data, initiate first contact with prospects, and convert cold outreach into qualified meetings for the Sales Manager and CEO.
You will actively work across LinkedIn, Upwork, and Email channels, using CRM systems and lead enrichment tools to build a strong and predictable outbound pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a professional ambassador of LegioSoft in all outbound communication
- Research, enrich, and segment lead data using internal databases and enrichment tools
- Conduct daily outreach across LinkedIn, Upwork, and email channels
- Work closely with the Sales Manager and CEO to generate leads within defined industries and ICPs
- Convert initial contacts into qualified leads and scheduled sales meetings
- Clearly communicate LegioSoft’s services, technical expertise, and business value to prospects
- Proactively identify new outreach angles and market opportunities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HubSpot CRM
- Consistently meet or exceed individual KPIs and outreach targets
- Ensure all communication aligns with LegioSoft’s professional brand and tone
- Support internal teams operationally when required
Who You Are (Person Specification)
- Able to work independently in a remote environment and manage outreach pipelines
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Confident in objection handling and early-stage sales conversations
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-driven, proactive, and performance-oriented
- Interested in technology, SaaS, and digital product development
- Comfortable working with data, tools, and outreach systems
- Experience working with B2B services or software companies is a strong plus
Skills & Tools
- Professional outbound experience via LinkedIn, email, and Upwork
- Understanding of lead qualification (ICP fit, basic sales frameworks)
- Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
- Familiarity with lead enrichment tools such as:
- Clay
- Apollo
- Snov
- Hunter or similar platforms
- Ability to structure, validate, and enrich lead data to improve conversion rates

- High-quality, well-qualified sales meetings delivered to the Sales team
- Clean, structured, and reliable CRM data
- Strong response rates and professional first-touch communication with prospects
