Product Manager

We’re looking for a Product Manager to help us build and scale FinDrive, a fintech product at an early stage.

This is a hands-on role: you’ll be involved not only in product decisions, but also in testing, client communication, and making sure the product actually works for real users. We’re looking for someone with a strong financial background who understands how financial products create value and is comfortable working in an evolving environment.

The role starts as hourly / outsource with the possibility to move to part-time or full-time as the project grows.

Product Strategy and Development

• Own day-to-day product work and help shape the direction
• Manage backlog and priorities
• Work with development on task definition and delivery
• Break down product flows and identify weak points
• Validate that features solve real user problems

Financial Analysis

• Bring financial rigor into product decisions
• Analyze financial logic behind features
• Participate in financial modeling and unit economics
• Evaluate business impact of product initiatives

Testing and Quality

• Ensure releases are stable and usable
• Test new functionality before release
• Identify issues and track fixes
• Confirm that changes work from a user perspective

Client Communication and Support

• Stay close to users and their needs
• Communicate with leads, prospects, and existing clients
• Collect feedback and pain points
• Help resolve product-related questions
• Translate feedback into product improvements

Requirements

• Experience as Product Manager or Product Owner
• Strong financial knowledge
• CIMA certification preferred
• Willingness to combine product work with testing and support tasks
• Comfort working in a startup environment
• Ability to work independently
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher
