Sales Director / Sales Lead

We’re looking for a part-time Sales Director / Sales Lead to strengthen our outbound sales and help level up our SDR function.

This is not a full-time operational role. We need someone experienced who can work hourly, review what we’re doing, correct the course, share practical knowledge, and help build a modern outbound system. You’ll act as a mentor and strategist for our SDR while also contributing your own expertise, network, and proven approaches.

Ideal for someone who has already built outbound engines, understands today’s B2B sales landscape, and knows how AI changes prospecting.

 

 

Outbound Strategy 

  • Help us build a predictable outbound system
  • Audit current outbound processes and messaging
  • Define a clear outreach strategy and ICP focus
  • Improve sequences, positioning, and value propositions
  • Introduce modern outbound approaches beyond classic cold emails
  • Guide SDR on:
    - prioritization
    - daily workflows
    - quality of outreach
    - performance improvement

 

 

SDR Mentoring 

  • Work directly with our CEO and SDR to accelerate results
  • Review conversations, emails, and calls
  • Provide feedback and practical corrections
  • Share frameworks, scripts, and playbooks
  • Help develop skills and confidence

 

 

Modern Prospecting / AI

  • Bring up-to-date tools and methods
  • Implement AI-assisted research and personalization
  • Use modern data sources and automation tools
  • Optimize outreach using analytics and experimentation
  • Introduce efficient workflows that save time and increase response rates

 

 

Outsourcing Sales Experience

  • Apply knowledge of selling services, not just products
  • Improve positioning for outsourcing clients
  • Refine qualification approach for service deals
  • Help structure sales conversations for complex B2B decisions

 

 

Requirements

  • Proven experience as Sales Director / Head of Sales / Sales Lead
  • Strong hands-on outbound expertise
  • Experience mentoring SDRs or building sales teams
  • Deep understanding of modern B2B sales tools and AI-assisted prospecting
  • Experience in outsourcing or service-based companies
  • Existing network or client base is a strong plus
  • Ability to work in advisory format (hourly)
  • English Upper-Intermediate or higher
