As we expand our footprint in the North American market (USA & Canada), we are looking for a disciplined Lead Generation Specialist to fuel our sales pipeline.
The Role
Your mission is to identify, connect with, and engage potential clients. You will be the first point of contact, representing DevBrother to C-level executives and tech leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- LinkedIn Outreach: Actively source and connect with prospects based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Engagement: Manage initial correspondence, handle objections, and nurture leads until they are ready for a discovery call.
- Pipeline Management: Ensure a steady flow of "Meetings Booked" for the Sales Team.
- CRM Hygiene: Track all interactions and lead statuses in our CRM.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in Lead Generation (IT/Outsourcing niche preferred).
- English: High proficiency in written English. You should be able to write clear, professional, and persuasive messages.
- Market Knowledge: Understanding of the USA and Canada business landscape.
- Availability: Ability to provide at least 6 hours of overlap with North American time zones (EST/PST).
- Expertise: Deep knowledge of LinkedIn algorithms and outreach best practices.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with automation tools (Expandi, Apollo, PhantomBuster, etc.) is a strong signal of your efficiency and technical literacy.
