Business Development Manager (B2B) — Multi-Product FinTech

We are a Europe-based, multi-product group building and scaling several B2B fintech and payments products. Our solutions cover modern card programs and spend controls, broader financial rails, and selected monetization/payment products for digital businesses.

The role

 

 

We’re looking for a proactive, highly structured B2B Business Development Manager with a true builder mindset. You will create pipeline, drive full-cycle sales, and help turn early traction into a repeatable go-to-market engine.

 

 

Critical requirement: deep expertise in at least ONE domain

 

 

To be successful, you must have strong, hands-on sales experience and market understanding in at least one of the following areas:

 

  1. Cards & Spend Management (Advertising / Procurement / Corporate Spend)

    Experience selling card issuing and spend-control products: virtual cards, corporate cards, card program/issuing, spend limits & rules, expense workflows, multi-entity/team spend, ad spend use-cases, etc.

    You understand how the card/issuing ecosystem works and can sell it commercially.

  2. B2B Financial Solutions (Banking / Crypto / Money Movement / Corporate Finance)

    Experience selling financial infrastructure or products to businesses: banking services, crypto payments/rails, payouts, cross-border transfers, corporate finance tools, treasury/FX, payment processing, etc.

  3. Selling to Mobile App Owners (Subscription & Monetization B2B)

    Experience selling B2B solutions to mobile app founders/owners/CMOs/Heads of Growth (subscription apps): monetization, payments, analytics, growth tooling, retention stacks, or related infrastructure.

 

 

If you don’t have deep experience in at least one of these three domains, this role is likely not a fit.

 

 

What you’ll do

 

 

  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting → qualification → discovery → demo → commercial terms → close → handoff.
  • Build a repeatable outbound engine: ICP segmentation, lists, multi-touch sequences (email/LinkedIn/communities/partners), iteration via metrics.
  • Run structured discovery and sell outcomes (impact, ROI, risk reduction, speed, predictability), not feature lists.
  • Maintain excellent CRM hygiene: stages, next steps, reason codes, forecasting, pipeline coverage.
  • Create and improve sales assets: messaging, scripts, objection handling, competitor notes, mini-playbooks per segment.
  • Work cross-functionally with product/ops/risk/legal to align on capabilities, compliance constraints, timelines, and pricing.

 

 

 

What we’re looking for

 

 

  • 3+ years in B2B sales / bizdev, ideally in fintech, payments, SaaS, or adjacent infrastructure products.
  • Builder mindset: you can design the process, not just follow it.
  • Strong outbound skills: you’re comfortable creating pipeline from scratch.
  • Systematic execution: planning, cadence, conversion tracking, weekly iteration.
  • Clear communication and strong commercial judgment.
  • English: confident spoken and written.

 

 

 

Nice to have

 

 

  • Existing network in your chosen domain (cards/spend, financial rails, or mobile apps).
  • Experience selling to EU/UK/US markets.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, multi-product environment.
