We're a US-based entertainment tech company in hyper-growth mode. Our mobile product has found strong product–market fit in North America, and now we're scaling aggressively.

We're looking for a world-class User Acquisition leader to help us grow from $500K to $10M+ in monthly ad spend — profitably.

We are looking for a hands-on Senior User Acquisition Manager to lead and scale paid acquisition across Meta, Snapchat, and TikTok. This role combines strategic ownership with operational execution: you will be responsible for building a scalable acquisition system, driving traffic and profitable growth, and shaping the creative and data-driven strategy for US and Canadian markets.
 

This is not just a managerial role — hands-on execution and the ability to optimize campaigns, budgets, and creative testing frameworks are key.
 

Responsibilities

  • Own and scale acquisition campaigns on Meta Ads, Snapchat, and TikTok across the US & Canada.
  • Build a systematic and repeatable acquisition engine, including funnels, audiences, and creative testing frameworks.
  • Collaborate closely with the Creative Lead and design team.
  • Analyze key metrics (LTV, CAC, ROAS, ROMI, ROI) and optimize campaigns for maximum profitability.
  • Research competitors and implement best practices for campaign growth.
  • Experiment with new channels, technologies, and hypotheses.
  • Manage budgets efficiently and structure campaigns for scalable growth.
  • Contribute to strategic improvements and growth initiatives within the UA department.
     

Requirements

Must-have

  • 2+ years of experience in User Acquisition
  • Proven experience running Meta Ads and other paid channels (Snapchat, TikTok).
  • Strong track record working with US and Canadian markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale campaigns profitably.
  • Deep understanding of creative testing frameworks and performance optimization mechanics.
  • Strong hands-on execution skills and data-driven decision-making.
  • Intermediate English.
     

Nice-to-have

  • Experience building or restructuring acquisition teams.
  • Experience working in high-volume creative environments.
  • Familiarity with sweepstakes or subscription-based products.
  • Performance-driven mindset with strong accountability for results.
