We are looking for a Middle Recruiter who will independently manage full-cycle hiring in a dynamic, performance-driven environment.

This role involves handling multiple vacancies simultaneously, closely collaborating with Hiring Managers, and maintaining a strong focus on both quality and speed of hiring.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment (from intake meeting to candidate’s first working day).
• Conduct structured interviews.
• Organize and coordinate all stages of the hiring process.
• Manage the recruitment funnel and ensure SLA compliance.
• Maintain ATS and prepare recruitment reports.
• Collaborate with C&B on offer preparation.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of recruitment experience.
• Proven experience in full-cycle hiring.
• Experience in digital / IT / product environments.
• Ability to manage a high volume of vacancies.
• Strong offer negotiation skills.
• English —C1 .
