Retention Lead

We are looking for an experienced Retention Lead in the iGaming / betting / casino industry to take ownership of player retention strategy and drive LTV growth.

 

What you will do:

  • Develop and implement retention strategies: reduce churn, increase loyalty and LTV.
  • Optimize CRM: segmentation, personalization, and processes.
  • Launch and scale retention initiatives: welcome/onboarding programs, loyalty programs, win-back campaigns.
  • Conduct A/B testing of campaigns and analyze the effectiveness of bonuses, promotions, and communications.
  • Manage all communication channels: email, push, SMS, messengers, in-app.
  • Lead a team of retention managers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

What we expect from you:

  • 2+ years of experience in CRM / retention / database marketing.
  • Experience in iGaming / betting / casino, launching and optimizing retention initiatives.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, Google Analytics / Power BI, Excel, Jira / Confluence, ESP.
  • Experience with bonuses, promotions, and analytics (NGR, ARPU, churn, LTV).
  • English โ€” Upper-Intermediate+ (working proficiency).
