Graphic Designer to $1500

We’re looking for support in finding a Gaphic Designer to join our team at Softengi.

We’re seeking someone with creative thinking, a strong sense of style, and a clear understanding of branding tasks. The main focus will be on marketing materials, presentations, case studies, landing pages, SMM visuals, infographics, and printed materials. It’s a plus if the candidate also has a basic understanding of motion design and UI.

Key requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in graphic or web/UI design (portfolio required).
- Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Experience creating mockups for landing pages, presentations, infographics, banners, and case materials.
- Creativity, a structured approach, and the ability to see tasks through to completion.
- Ideally - a degree in design or completion of relevant design courses.

Additional expectations:
- Attention to detail – ability to carefully follow briefs and comments, double-check work before delivery.
- Proactivity – willingness to suggest design-driven solutions that add business value.
- Strong graphic skills – ability to create custom visuals, not limited to stock or AI-generated backgrounds.
- Time management – ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines and in urgent situations.

Nice-to-have skills:
- Experience working with Enterprise-level or IT products.
- Motion design skills (After Effects, Premiere, etc.).
- Experience using generative AI tools (Midjourney, ChatGPT, DALL·E).

Main tasks:
- Designing presentations and visual materials for clients, events, and pitches.
- Creating visuals for social media, case studies, and landing pages.
- Supporting the corporate identity (brandbook, templates, guidelines).
- Collaborating with the marketing team and the design department.
